One subscription is one launcher for one game server. Plans differ only in storage: every feature is in every plan.

Free trial

3 days with 1 GB of storage, no card needed. If you don't subscribe, the account and its files are deleted 7 days after the trial ends.

Card payments are handled by Stripe and renew every month until you cancel. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments: you pay 1, 3, 6, or 12 months in advance, and nothing renews by itself.

Billing questions

How do I cancel?

In your panel, under Subscription. Your launcher keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, in your panel, which shows the exact amount before you confirm. On a card, a bigger plan applies straight away and the difference for the rest of the month is charged; a smaller plan also applies straight away, and the difference is credited to your account and comes off your next invoices.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe tries your card again. Players keep getting updates for 3 days. After that their launchers say the update server is unavailable, without mentioning payments, until the payment goes through. Your panel shows what to do.

What if my storage is full?

New uploads stop until you delete files or whole folders, or move to a bigger plan. Players keep updating as before.

Can I get a refund?

The month you started is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time. Double charges and faults on our side are refunded. The refund policy has the details.
